Deals

  • On every deal page, you'll see two 'countdowns'. One displays the time left to purchase the deal. However, the more important one shows the number of vouchers remaining. Once this gets to zero, and we can’t secure anymore from our suppliers, the deal ends, even if there is still time left on the clock. Golden rule - if you want the deal, get in quick!
    Most deals have exposure on the homepage for 24 hours and then they become side deals for 48 hours after that. If the stock runs out these deals will not run again, so hurry before its gone!

  • The price of the deal is the cost of the product or service inclusive of GST. If there is ever anything else payable such as a shipping charge or any other fees this will be clearly stated in the deal information.

  • Yes, you'll need to register a FREE account with us to make a purchase. Good news is it’s a quick and easy process and it’s free to join.

  • 1. You must be a member of DealMe! having registered a FREE account with us
    2. Choose the deal you wish to purchase and click BUY ME!
    3. Enter your billing and shipping details and select payment method.
    4. Confirm your order.
    5. A confirmation email will be sent to you once deal has been processed.

  • Congratulations on your new purchase!
    Once you have purchased your product you will receive a confirmation email. Your product will then be automatically shipped to you within 12 working days from dispatch. Products will not be shipped to PO addresses so please make sure you supply your shipping address at checkout.
    Please also refer to your How to Redeem instruction on your Order page – as these instructions may differ slightly depending on each deal

  • Then we guarantee a full refund.

  • As you can imagine, the first few weeks after a great deal runs is a very busy time for our featured businesses. They are often inundated with calls from members just like you wanting to book in.
    Please be patient and allow up to 5 days for a response from the business.

    2. Please email through details of product and why you believe it is faulty
    3. We will then either replace the product if we can or issue a full refund.

Payment

  • Email us at support@dealme.com.au with all the information from your order and we will help you solve the problem. Alternatively click on the ‘Need Support’ icon on the top of all website pages.

  • If you change your mind, you can cancel your order at any time before the deal ends on the site. Please contact support@dealme.com.au, or click on the ‘Need Support’ icon on the top of all website pages. Include your full name, deal description, order number and voucher code and an explanation of why you'd like a refund - we'll get back to you ASAP!
    Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis.

  • We currently accept payment via credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and PayPal. You can also use Visa debit.

  • Yes, it is very safe. To securely process your credit card details DealMe! uses SSL technology and we don’t store your credit card number on our servers.

Membership

  • Don't panic! It happens to all of us at some point!
    1. Simply click on the "Forgotten password" link located under the password field
    2. Enter your email address
    3. Click on "send new password" button under your email address
    4. You should receive a new password to your email address
    5. Log in with your user name and new password. You can always change your password in the My Account section later.

  • You will need to subscribe to DealMe! Click here ( sign up page) and follow the prompts

  • We would hate to see you go, however should you wish simply unsubscribe from the email (unsubscribe text at the bottom of the email) or contact us at support@dealme.com.au and we will assist you.

  • Log into your account and click account settings. You will then find a link called change account details which will allow you to change your email address.

  • Of course you can! Log into your account and click account settings. You will then find a link which called change password which will allow you to change your password easily.

  • Yes, many do. Expiry dates vary depending on the deal, but will always be displayed in the deal fine print, as well as being printed on the voucher itself.

Voucher

  • We'd suggest firstly checking your spam/junk email folder just in case it has gone there. If it’s not there, log in to your account via www.dealme.com.au and check under the "Order" tab. If you have paid for your deal and the voucher is not appearing, please email support@dealme.com.au, or click on the ‘Need Support’ icon on the top of all website pages and we’ll sort it out for you in no time. Please have your payment details ready.

  • It depends on the deal. In most cases you can buy as many as you like, but sometimes there are restrictions - these will be listed in the FINE PRINT section of each deal.

  • Congratulations! You'll receive an email with a link to sign in and print your voucher from the 'Orders' tab of your account...the voucher contains the redemption instructions and a unique code.If you have not received that link, simply sign in to our site with your email address and password, then click on the coupon code from your 'Orders' tab of your account. The instructions to redeem your voucher are listed clearly on your voucher.
    Once you have your voucher and your unique code contact the vendor and enjoy your service. Remember to present your voucher when using your service.

  • Every provider will have different instructions for redeeming your deal. Please take time to read through the ‘FINE PRINT' on the Deal page as any special instructions will be noted here. Additionally, when you print your voucher, you'll see the complete 'redeeming' details there below it.

  • Unfortunately no. Unless otherwise stated you will not receive store credit or cash back for anything you don't use.

  • To print out your vouchers:
    • Go to the login page and enter your email address and password
    • If you have forgotten your password click on the link to retrieve it. You should receive a password reset email in your inbox (check the spam folder if it is not there)
    • Once you have logged in you will be on your account page. Click on the 'Orders' tab to view your order
    • Click view voucher to view the printable voucher
    • Choose 'Print' from your browser window (click file  Print)

  • Sure, no problem. You don’t need identification to redeem the Deal. Just print out the voucher and they present it to the vendor. (Make sure you contact the vendor first to make a booking if requested in the fine print of the deal).
